| Who is Solar World Estates? |
Solar World Estates consists of 125 - 1, 2, & 3 bedroom suites located at two locations in Spokane, Washington. In 2002, nearly one million dollars was invested in refurbishing all suites including the installation of High Speed Internet.

| What are the differences between Solar World Estates and a hotel or motel? |
The differences are many. Probably the most significant are that Solar World Estates suites have fully equipped kitchens, living area and separate bedrooms. Men and women alike appreciate a home-like setting where there are clearly defined rooms.

| What are the differences between Solar World Estates and other corporate housing companies? |
At Solar World Estates there are no extra charges for High Speed Internet, laundry facilities, fitness club privileges, complimentary (seasonal) BBQ or setup charges. If you desire something we haven't included, we will make every effort to have it for you on arrival, probably at no extra cost to you.

| How did you get your name? |
Solar World Estates was the name given by the local Electric Company. They needed a way of identifying the temporary power meter at the time of construction by Solar World Energy Systems. The solar energy company had been a manufacturer of low-technology heating equipment whose design was implemented in these unique energy-efficient apartments.

The two convenient Spokane facilities are located 6 miles West of City Center (2.5 miles NW of the Airport, 1 mile east of Fairchild AFB) and 6 miles North of the City Center near 2 malls, restaurants and entertainment. See Spokane Locations

| Is there a minimum stay? |
Yes, there is a 3 days minimum stay at our northside location. Our westside location has a 30 day minimum stay. Rates are predicated on length of stay and the longer the stay the better the rate.

| Are pets welcome? |
Some pets are welcomed and require a $10.00 per day charge or a $500.00 non-refundable per pet fee for extended stays of 30 or more days. No kittens, puppies, large or aggressive breeds allowed. Management must approve all pets at time of reservation
|
| Do you have non-smoking suites? |
Yes, more than 90% of our suites are non-smoking.

| What are the office hours? |
The offices are open from:
Monday - Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: 12pm to 6pm
Note: late arrivals need to make prior arrangements with staff.

Each unit has two ports for high-speed internet access, pillow-top mattress protectors and goose down pillows for the ultimate in sleep comfort.

| What are your prices? |
Our current prices are always posted on our web site at the Solar World Rates.

| Why are your prices so amazing? |
Nothing is rented, sublet, leased or contracted. You don't have to pay for a fancy hardwood and marble lobby because the investment we've made is in your luxary suite.

| How do I pay? |
Cash, company check (with prior arrangement) or all major credit cards can pay for lodging. Monthly billing by prior arrangement.

| What is included in the cost? |
All suites are completely furnished and appointed including cable, local phone, answering machine, high-speed Internet access, remote controlled A/C, heat, free laundry facilities and of course, water and garbage services.
